The goal was to build a tool that could allow consultants to find and share multiple pieces of knowledge, whether it was documents, videos, industry information, or expertise. We needed to deliver the right information at the right time.

THE PROCESS

User-centered design approach at its best

  • User Research and Analysis: Conducted interviews, surveys, and workshops with consultants, project managers, and knowledge experts to understand their information needs, pain points, and workflows. Analyzed existing knowledge management practices, content repositories, and collaboration tools to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge-Sharing Features: Integrated collaboration tools such as discussion forums and document-sharing capabilities to facilitate knowledge-sharing, brainstorming, and collaboration among teams and experts.
  • Information Architecture and Content Organization: Designed a taxonomy and tagging system to classify content based on relevance, expertise level, industry sector, and project type, enabling users to search and filter information easily.
  • UI/UX: Created a user-centric interface design with intuitive navigation, clear labels, and contextual search functionality, allowing users to find and access information quickly and efficiently. Crafted a visually appealing and consistent design language, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery, to create a cohesive brand identity.
