- User Interviews: Interviews with consultants to understand their workflow, pain points, and needs
- User Journey Mapping: Mapping out the typical user journey to identify key interaction points.
- Brainstorming Sessions: Brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to generate a wide range of ideas for features and functionalities.
- Wireframes and Mockups: Low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to visualize the interface and interactions.
- Interactive Prototypes: Developed interactive prototypes to simulate the AI assistant’s behavior and gather early user feedback.
- Usability Testing: Usability tests with consultants to evaluate the AI assistant’s interface and functionality.

The AI assistant was introduced as the centerpiece of the firm’s new toolkit. Its capabilities include natural language processing, machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and decision support, and integration with existing software systems for seamless workflow, making the work of more than 1,000 consultants a little easier.
Design System
A unified, flexible, and scalable design system was also crafted to ensure a seamless user experience, unified visuals, and future adaptability.
